About the Role
As an Operations Analyst you'll be handling sales orders, assisting advisors with their requests, keeping client records accurate and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Processing sales orders.
Processing advisors’ requests (inquiries, transactions) in a timely and efficient manner.
Review of client files for integrity and completeness and ensure accuracy of internal records by performing updates, corrections and adjustments to clients’ accounts.
Accurately and efficiently documenting and controlling all required follow-up or escalation.
Acquiring and maintaining a detailed knowledge and understanding of policies, processes, product & services.
Acquiring and maintaining a detailed knowledge of internal platforms (e.g.VieFund).
Other ad hoc queries as required by the position.
Other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations, or a related field; relevant experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy.
Ability to assess data, identify inconsistencies, and ensure compliance.
Capable of identifying and resolving issues efficiently.
Comfortable working with internal systems and maintaining records.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for coordination.
Familiarity with business tools, databases, and internal platforms.
Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
