About the Role

As a Revenue Manager your job will be to analyze demand and set strategic pricing for all segments. Managing inventory, channels and key revenue systems daily. Improving RevPAR and market share through forecasting and competitive insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement revenue strategies to optimize pricing, inventory, and demand across all channels.
  • Monitor and analyze hotel performance metrics including RevPAR, GOPPAR, RPI, and market share.
  • Lead forecasting activities, demand analysis, and pricing recommendations based on market trends.
  • Manage room inventory and channel distribution to ensure the ideal channel mix and maximize topline revenue.
  • Utilize brand systems (Marriott CI/TY/FOSSE, Hilton OnQ, IHG Concerto, Choice RMS) to configure rates, restrictions, and promotions.
  • Oversee and optimize RMS platforms such as IDeaS, Duetto, Atomize, One Yield, and Hilton RMCC tools.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking using TravelClick, STR, OTA Insight, HotStats, and similar rate-shopping tools.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly revenue performance reports, forecasts, and business insights for leadership.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to align revenue decisions with business goals.
  • Identify trends, new opportunities, and risks through data modeling and advanced Excel analysis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in hotel revenue management, ideally with multi-property exposure.
  • Deep understanding of pricing strategy, forecasting, inventory control, channel mix, and market segmentation.
  • Familiarity with major hotel brand systems including Marriott CI/TY/FOSSE, Hilton OnQ, IHG Concerto, Choice RMS, etc.
  • Proven track record of increasing RevPAR, GOPPAR, RPI, and improving market share.
  • Expert proficiency with revenue management systems: IDeaS, Duetto, Atomize, One Yield, Hilton RMCC tools.
  • Hands-on experience with PMS platforms such as Opera, FOSSE, OnQ, and channel manager/CRS systems.
  • Skilled in using market intelligence tools like TravelClick, STR, OTA Insight, HotStats.
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong Excel capability, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and financial/revenue modeling.
  • (Bonus Point) Certifications such as CRME or CHDM.
